How do I Supply my photo?
You can post your original photo for scan or send via email (max 5mb) Please ensure you have send finalize photo for print otherwise design service charges occur.
Optional, you can upload your digital photo at www.rapidshare.com and send to my email address where I will upload your file to my computer.

Will the colours match what I see on my computer screen?
We aim to match colours as closely as possible but due to variables in the process an exact match is not always achievable, especially in the case of continuous tone imagerywhere specific colours cannot be isolated, eg , photographic imagery or watercolour effects. However we can do sample of fabric of your choice for small fees to test your images
Please ensure the file is saved in CMYK format and 300dpi resolution.
Do you do any more sizes?
We offer a made to measure service. Just let us know what size you want by email and we will calculate the price.
How are the canvases produced?
We print on 100% cotton or silk depend on selected of artwork or your images. We use and assemble quality stretcher bars, and the fabric is stretched around the frames and secured cardboard at the back for protection of fabric.
How long will it take to process my order?
After the design consultation your canvas will be completed within 7 days. All canvas are delivered via registered post. You will be notifying by email regarding to delivery.
How do I Pay?
Cheques, Postal Order, PayPal and all major credit card.
Paypal is a globally recognised secure online payment system. Paypal enables buyers to send and receive money online. Paypal has over 64 million member accounts in 45 countries. Paypal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use Paypal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant.
All canvas artwork are purchase securely online via Paypal using a credit or debit card.If you prefer to pay by post using a cheque or postal order, please state which print you require, your contact details including email address and make your cheque payable to our trading name 'Sunny Chana Digital Prints.

How much is delivery?
All prices on the Canvas section in website include delivery cost. So what you see prices is what you pay at full amount. No additional charge unless you ask for design service for your photo.
Items are dispatched via Postal courier during normal working hours - Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm. If we do not have the Artwork canvas in stock, your order will take 7 - 10days to complete and will be notify by email.
Deliveries outside of normal business hours and on Saturdays may be possible but will normally incur an extra charge. Please contact us for details.
How will my Canvas be packaged?
The canvas will be packed with care using shrink-wrap sheet, bubble wrap and corrugated cardboard, and then sent via courier to its destination.
Do you deliver overseas?
Yes, please contact us for transport costs.

How do I care for my canvas?
To maintain and increase the life span of your canvas, do not expose it to continuous, strong sunlight. You can clean with a wet/damp cloth.
What is your Returns Policy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with the result, or anything related to your purchase, You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days starting from the day after the goods have been received.
In the highly unlikely event that you decide that you do not want your canvas you can return in its original packaging (for protection). We will refund the full amount minus cost of postage and packaging.
You must notify us via email, then return the canvas at your own expense by recorded delivery within 10 days from your notice.
We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged after delivery.
Do you supply to trade?
Yes, please contact us for our trade prices.
How secure is the website?
All your payment details are processed by a secure server and this information is sent by 128 bit encryption meaning it is impossible to break the code and steal your credit or debit card details. A small padlock icon will appear in the status bar of the browser at the bottom of your screen when you are entering your information and card details, signifying you are currently on a secure platform.
What about my privacy?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

Damaged artworks
In the unusual event of your artwork being lost or damaged during transit, we will exchange it free of charge. To qualify please keep all packaging and/or artwork as delivered and notify us within 24 hours of receiving your canvas via email We advise you to check your goods when recieved delivery from couriers
