Sunny Chana Digital Prints have Mimaki TextileJet Tx-1600s as one of the most advanced textile digital printer for proofing and short run production.
The digital printing services enable us
Print onto Cottons, silks, satin;
· Use reactive inks for a wider range of colours;
· Match any colour you require;
· Steam the fabrics for colourfastness;
· Print and match any graphic image
· Print up to 720 dpi for excellent output
I provide a digital print service that allows photographic images or original artwork to be printed onto fabrics such as cotton, satin, silk. Using pre-treated fabrics and reactive dyes, our state-of-the-art equipment can produce photographic quality printing that is permanent and wash resistant.
Digital printing is ideal for short runs or engineered prints providing a cost effective alternative to traditional fabric printing techniques.
Fabric Stock
It is necessary to prepare the fabric before printing. Therefore we stock a number of high quality fabrics already prepared for you to choose from. They will be steamed and washed after printing to ensure inks permanently onto fabric.

Turnaround and Delivery
When receive your Cds and order form, firstly I process your payment before printing onto fabric. After payment, your fabric will be ready to sent you in 3 days.
Collection (Tuesday only)
This is available for collection at my unit; therefore it must be arrange by appointment. If you wish your fabric to be ready on Tuesday, please ensure your cds sent to me by Friday to be ready for following Tuesday.
Travel by Train
Take train to Small Health Train Station, only 3 minutes to get to my unit.

Why Tiff Format?
They are most closely compatible with printer to match colour to your images. Tiff file can be very large, it may have enough memory for 1 metre. If you wish to print onto 2 metres, you may require sending 2 CDs to cover 2 metres depending on images.
Correct width size of fabric?
If fabric width is 140cm then your file should be no larger than 140cm width. For length, 100cm = 1 metre = £28 + cost of fabric. Note minimum of 1 metre
