Refund & cancellation policies:

On taking delivery of your goods, please check your items carefully in the unlikely event of damaged of faulty goods:

For canvas artwork or your photograph onto canvas:
should any item/s be damaged, you may be entitled to either a replacement or a refund. Under such circumstances sunny chana must investigate the nature of the damage before any decision with regard to compensation is made. Please return any damaged products to us within 7 days. Please note that I cannot be liable for damaged products which fail to be returned within 7 days.

Fabric prints:
Sunny Chana Digital Prints are sorry to point out that refunds do not usually apply to metres of printed fabric because we cannot re-use your fabric once printed. If, however, the fabric print itself is at fault, or misprinted, then we would investigate the cause of any error before refunding or re-printing your order.

Returning products:
If necessary, you should contact us initially by email to arrange the return of any canvas/es. Having first notified us, then please return the canvas (at your own expense) and by recorded delivery, within 5 days of your notice.

Cancelling your order:
You have the right to cancel your order within 3 working days, starting from the day after your goods have been ordered online, as per the distance selling regulations act of 2000. You can cancel your order by emailing xsunnychana@hotmail.com or sms/text us on 07732297261.
