All images and designs used on this website are the property of sunny chana digital prints, or of the copyright owners authorised by sunny chana. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute either images or the content of this website in any form without written authorisation from sunny chana.
Your design, photographs, and images:
You may be required to sign a copyright document to confirm that you are owner of all and any photographs, images, and/or designs that you submit to us. Without this, I cannot process your order. Such action is required to free our company from liability under copyright laws.
Our storage of your files using email, cd’s etc.:
Your files will never be put out for sale, nor used for marketing purposes, without your permission. However, your permission may be sought for us to use images of your finished products on our website as an example of the service we provide. We do not store or copy your files; however, if you do require your file to be stored - for possible reprinting in future - then please make mention of this on your order form/email. Otherwise, our usual practice will be that your file will be deleted immediately after printing.
You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content of this website. Nor may you transmit it, nor store it on any other website or using any other form of electronic retrieval systems.
