Delivery Policy

All canvas products are subject to availability. In the event of us being unable to supply goods we will inform you via email as soon as possible. Additionally, a full refund will be given if you believe that you have received a damaged canvas via our courier.

Our price reflects our full packaging and handling costs. Your canvases, or any other products, will be sent to you using protective packaging (shrink-wrap or bubble wrap) to ensure that your product(s) will reach you in good condition. Your products will be sent to you first-class & recorded delivery in an attempt to ensure that you do receive them securely, and in good condition. You will be notified of your parcel reference number to enable you to check online the progress & whereabouts of your product/s.

Prices shown on our website apply only to deliveries within the UK. For orders to be delivered outside of the UK, you will need to contact us for an appropriate price quote. We aim to send out your order as quickly as possible. We will normally send out your order within a maximum of seven working days for all marketing material/s and canvases. Fabric prints usually take only a 3-day turnaround and I will inform you of the exact date of dispatch.

In the highly unlikely event that you decide that you do not wish to keep your photo-on-canvas, or artwork, you can return the canvas print; in its original packaging, please (for protection). In such circumstances we will refund the full cost of the canvas print (but not the cost of postage and packaging). Regrettably, though, such refunds cannot apply to metres of fabric prints (please see our refund and cancellation policies for further information in this regard).

Regrettably, we do not have control over either royal mail or independent courier companies & some deliveries may be late arriving at your location through no fault or our own in such instances, sunny chana digital prints would not be liable for any consequential loss. Please check your parcel reference number to track the progress and whereabouts of your order.
